Páromnak 1 éve van jogsija (A, más meg nincs). Szeretnénk kettesben
motorozni (egy vason), és természetesen egészséges pasi révén ő vezet;) Azt
már felmértük, hogy jogilag nem szállíthat utast kezdő jogsival, de ha
mégis megesne és rajta is kapnak minket, milyen büntetésre számíthatunk?
Pénz, paripa, pontok?

Balesetnél komolyabb gondok is lehetnek, mint a harmincezres bírság

A helyzet a következő: az utas szállítása szabálysértés, ami 30.000 Ft-os
bírságot von maga után, e mellé kapsz 2 pontot, és a kezdő jogosítvány
meghosszabbításra kerül. Az igazi gond itt az, ha motoroztok és
balesetetek van rendkívül nehéz az utassal kapcsolatos kár kifizetése.
Adott esetben ha vezetéstechnikai hibát is igazolni tud a biztosító a
teljes kártérítés összegét bukjátok. Hozzátenném, hogy ez igaz a baleset
okozásakor is.
